I can not play dvd movie from store on Ubuntu 16.04

HI my Name is Running Wolf I promote Ubuntu in kootenay BC . I have been installing Ubuntu 16.04 on computers of many people in my area . I have been having trouble resolving a problem. all the computer have a new installed copy of Ubuntu 16.04 . the problem I am having is people can not play DVD movie from the store on their Ubuntu computer . I have been trying to look online at referent solution but still I can not play DVD movie from the store .
