medibuntu, restricted extras and xorg ppa? where are they??

this latest version, 0.5.0 is not very impressive. the layout is more complicated and you have removed the best and most powerful ppa's xorg, medibuntu and restricted extras! why?? tweak isnt really very powerful anymore, all it does is install packages that already have .debs out there. its the xorg medi and restricted files that are the pain in the @ss to install and are one of the most unattractive parts of linux, and tweak fixed that issue. Now its back to manually installing these through terminal!
