how do i install ubuntu tweak?

how do i install ubuntu tweak i have downloaded and extracted the file to my desktop and i dont know what to do now please help

are you using ubuntu?
add to your sources.list this lines
deb http://ppa.launchpad.net/tualatrix/ubuntu hardy main
deb-src http://ppa.launchpad.net/tualatrix/ubuntu hardy main

save, and update. then install the package ubuntu-tweak (sudo apt-get install ubuntu-tweak)

Go to http://www.getdeb.net/download/3597/0 for latest version of ubuntu tweak. Just download it and double click the file to install !!!
