The Startup Login Screen & Desktop Background Conflict Issue

System Specs: I have a Non Encrypted System, no encrypted home folder. I have Ubuntu Precise 12.04 64bit . I have downloaded Ubuntu Tweak Tool for Ubuntu 12.04 and installed it, it works great. The problem that I am having is, My background on my desktop where all the files and home folder is and programs the background picture has a family photo on it as my desktop background. I next go to Ubuntu Tweak and go to the Tweaks tab and accessed the login settings and want to change the photo of my login screen background, I click on the photo, I browse for the photo, I picked it. It's now set as the new login background photo. But when I log out, the login screen loads the photo I selected for the login background is on their for a second and next it changes it to the desktop photo. I don't understand why it changes it? I did not click the option below for the desktop photo to be the login screen background option. I love the program should be on here by default. It's very very powerful.
