I also experienced the same problem: just upgraded Kubuntu (not Ubuntu!) from 12.10 to 13.04 and Ubuntu-Tweaks does not lounched anymore. When launching it by terminal, I just could see the splash screen and then some errors. Now, after upgrading to the newest version of Ubuntu-Tweak, the problem is solved

Same for me. Not launching (Ubuntu 13.04) even if I just purged and reinstalled.

I have the same problem. Upgrading it didn't help, like the purge and reinstall. The error message:
compizconfig - Info: Backend : gsettings
compizconfig - Info: Integration : true
compizconfig - Info: Profile : unity

(ubuntu-tweak:22304): Gtk-ERROR **: GtkBox child GtkTreeView minimum width: -1 < 0 for height 359

I'm having same problem after going through the upgrade process from 12.04 LTS. Now I have 13.04 and it won't launch either. I want to clean up the cache etc but now I can't any more. Hope there can be a fix soon.

Can you help with this problem?
