Hello, could you login to the console mode to see if your desktop installation is complete?

You can check by running this command:

    sudo apt-get install ubuntu-desktop

I can't do Ctrl+Alt+F1, the system just stop before login screen. It stops in checking stage. It appears:
..... [OK]
...
then just flashing and stops. Ctrl+Alt+F1 does not work.

thanks for your help

Oh, you may need to show the grub menu by holding and pressing Shift before booting system, then choose to Ubuntu Recovery mode.

Hope you can do some work in the Recovery mode.

In recovery mode, it does not work it just stop before the login window appears.
I can drop to the ubuntu prompt. Then I types sudo apt-get install ubuntu-desktop
it shows the following messages:
W: not using locking for read only lock file /var/lib/dpkg/lock
E: unable to write to /var/cache/opt
E: the package could not be parsed or opened.

I'd like to advice you to ask for help in ubuntuforums.org or askubuntu.com

I never meet this kind of issue: Fail to load session "(null")

Just try in the prompt:

sudo apt-get install --reinstall ubuntu-desktop

Also you might try (to get the prompt itself): Ctrl + Alt + F2
