Update items in janitor section while removing

I've noticed that the count of the items to be removed in the janitor section is not in sync with the removal process.
Is it possible to have the count (e.g. Packages(120) ) decreasing while removing and not after the process completion?

Something like:

While i:
    remove package i
    count package --
(I know it's not something vital, but I think it would be nicer for the general appereance)
