No module named ubuntu.common.consts

Asked by Tom Gorup

I try to run "ubuntu-tweak" and receive this error.
Traceback (most recent call last):
  File "/usr/bin/ubuntu-tweak", line 34, in <module>
    from ubuntutweak.common.consts import DATA_DIR, IS_INSTALLED, VERSION
ImportError: No module named ubuntutweak.common.consts
found ubuntu/common/consts.py but I"m assuming that's not what is supposed to be using. I've looked around for a common "bug", but can't seem to find any that fit my exact description. I would appreciate any nudges in the right direction to fix this.

Hi, could you please tell me what is the version of Ubuntu Tweak? How do you install it?

I apologize, I just retried and it seems to be working just fine now. Outstanding, looks pretty cool, can't wait to start playing with it. Thanks for the quick response!!!!
