[功能建议]源编辑器提供手动添加源功能

我们在使用Ubuntu－Tweak的时候，可以添加的很多ppa都是软件提供的。源编辑的地方，只能“编辑”，而不能随意添加自己要用的地址进去——我是指像添加ppa源一样把要用的源放在source.list.d中。希望在Tweak的源编辑器功能中加上这一点：“新建”，这样就不必自己到/etc/apt/source.list.d中新建一个文件再添加地址了。
