由于很多软件源在国内不能访问，是否可以加入功能，在 apt 的配置文件中写入 Acquire::http::Proxy 这样的配置来对某些源单独使用代理服务器？例如 dropbox 的源。

这个功能是有必要做的，可能会考虑在0.5.5版本以后去实现。
