I think ubuntu tweak should have a sub-menu for x windows managers

Asked by SilberCobra on 2010-05-17

I think ubuntu tweak should have a sub-menu for x windows managers(Example: not just for kubuntu and Xubuntu but KDE and KDE 3, Fluxbox), that way users can try other interfaces. what i would like to see in it is KDE, KDE 3, XFCE, XPDE, Gnome XP, Gnome, Gnome-shell,
AfterStep, Blackbox, FVWM, FVWM-Crystal, Enlightment, Java Glass, Fluxbox, Hildon, IceWM, MythTV, Openbox, Sugar, Webmin, LXDE. I would also like to see a sub-menu for full installs for Kubuntu, Satanic Ubuntu, Ubuntu, Lubuntu, and the others so if you want to change the whole outlook of Ubuntu.

I would also like to see America's Army and DJL under games, also getdeb and playdeb under more repositories. Also, maybe a sub-category for other antivirus like bitdefender, Clam, AVG and others, also sub-category for other firewall apps like tor, privoxy, and others (like the one that is like PeerGuardian).

Hello, what menu do you mean? Do you want a menu to install the Desktop/Window Manager?

I can only tell you, Ubuntu Tweak currently focus on GNOME, in the short time, I will not try to add other desktop's support.

yes, Desktop/Window Manager, would be great but, I was just talking about allowing others to be able to install them more easily, and not having to support them at this time, I like using nautilus with any windows manager. I thought it would be nice to just be able to install them is all.
