Add Ubuntu sinhala translators group to Ubuntu Translators

Now that the Sinhala translators are part of ubuntu-translators, do you think you could look into the actions listed under the "After the team has been accepted" on https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Translations/KnowledgeBase/StartingTeam?

The first two items in the list (announcement, adding contact data) should not take more than a few minutes and they really help in getting in touch with the translations teams. The other two are also important, but can be arranged later on.

Thanks for reminding these issues.

I've now sent the e-mail notifing that the team has been officially appointed to the Ubuntu translators and added the team contact data to the global translation teams list.

The next 2 steps also have been done.
