New Azerbaijani translation group

Hello,

Could you please create translation group for Azerbaijani language, in order to perform quality control and better interaction with contributors?

We have more people who are involving into project, and I think its time to collaborate and take more serious step in translation.

Hi Said!

You can create a new team for Azerbaijani localization and when you are done, just let us now and we will apoint the team for Azerbaijani.

Do you want to help translating only Ubuntu or you also want to work on translating other projects hosted on Launchpad.

Hi Adi,

I've created group ubuntu-l10n-az with description Ubuntu Azerbaijani Translators (like ones on this page https://translations.launchpad.net/+groups/ubuntu-translators).

Currently we are going to help translating Ubuntu, in order to make translations better and raise its quality.

No other projects currently in plans, but we are going to work via Launchpad on other projects too.

Please add a link to the Azerbaijani translations guidelines so that others will know how to work and how to colaborate for translating Ubuntu

Also please consider working, or creating similar trasnaltion team for upstream projects like GNOME, KDE, Mozilla. In this way your translation will reach a much more users (not only Ubuntu users)

Last, but not least. As the team contact for Azerbaijani team please join the Ubuntu Translators mailing list and stay in touch with the other teams. We sure have a lot of thing to share and way to help each other.

I'll join mailing list, and arrange home page to include guidelines, may be we'll create wiki page or something.

Also joining to upstream projects is good idea! (Mozilla is actually almost translated via Mozilla labs)
