belarusian team coordination request

Hello.
I've subscribed to ubuntu-translators mailing list and have announced that we've recreated the team. Previous team was inactive but we were able to get the necessary roles on Rosetta. I've also announced I'd like to become a new coordinator as described here https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Translations/KnowledgeBase/TeamCoordinatorResponsibilities What do I need to do for this? I wasn't able to get a reply from the mailing list, please tell if it is a technical issue on my side.
