Activate a team (https://launchpad.net/~ubuntu-l10n-ber-ma)

This question was expired because it remained in the 'Open' state without activity for the last 15 days.

Hi,

apologies for replying so late.
Unfortunately, Launchpad does not support a "ber-ma" locale, but only the Berber one (ber).
Is Berber Morocco (ber-ma) an official ISO language? Or are there big difference between the two?

Thanks Milo for your response. Like in this link of "Codes for the Representation of Names of Languages", ISO 639.2, ( http://www.loc.gov/standards/iso639-2/php/code_list.php) there is only one Berber (ber).

I hope to tell me if I must create a team with Berber (ber) language code or what I can alter as soon as possible because that's the second time that I do a mistake on creating a Berber translators team!

Can you try to reach them and see what is the status of that team?
It is not appointed yet: if we can get that team in shape, we can accept it.

Thanks, I am joining this team. But the owner is not active (no translation activities maked by him sine 2011-01-24) and if he does not accept me, I like that I create another team with same language code if possible.

PS : I have many translation activities and there are many other persons, that I knew, like to participate, so we likes to do more under an officiel team.

Please, do not create another team.
First, try to contact the team owner. If he/she does not reply (1 week
time would do), we can ask Launchpad admin to give you ownership of
the team.
