I see that you would like your translation team to be appointed to the Ubuntu Translators team, but the address you provided is for a Launchpad Translator team.
I checked and saw that you also have this team:

That has the correct name, but is missing some guidelines. On the lp-l10n-fo team, I checked the link you provide, but as you said, it is still empty.
Do you already have some guidelines for the team? Do you also have or are planning to build a glossary? Something that is also missing from the Launchpad page, is contact address or a mailing list address. Are you considering to set those up too or will you be using the form? In case, it would be great to explain, briefly, all those things in the Launchpad page.
