How to affect a bug to ubuntu-translations ?

I have some existing bugs that are related to translation issues.
1. Should I also mark them as affected by the "ubuntu-translations" package/team
2. How do I do that ?

Bug squad will take care of it, they'll also have a look if it's a dupe and in case assign it to ubuntu-translations.
