Remove quassel translation from Ubuntu

This is a follow up on bug 655072. To quote that:

"Launchpad generates a quassel.mo for the source package which is in language-pack-kde-hu-base, but Quassel doesn't use that, it uses the hu.qm from quassel-data package, so any translation on Launchpad does not have an effect for the source package"

I just checked it and it is true, quassel uses the .qm files in the binary, and not the .mo exported from LP. Therefore, it doesn't make any sense to offer it for translation under the Ubuntu project.
