emacs "button"next to other 5

When working with emacs in terminal mode in Ubuntu touch, I hardly find any decent possibility's to find the CTRL and ALT combinations. Is it possible to add a Emacs button next to the Ctrl, Scr, Fns, Cmd, Nano keys or at least a separate Ctrl and Alt key in the Ctrl tab. If the F10 (menu) and Enter tab could be added too, this would be great.
Could I configure these buttons myself?
