Installation instructions?

I'd like to set up a brainstorm-like webpage and although I've found the modules here (https://code.launchpad.net/~ubuntu-qa-website-devel/ubuntu-qa-website/trunk) I can't see how to install them. I've copied them into my sites/all directory but they do not appear to be activated.

I've noticed the two install scripts on each module but there is no information on how to use them. Is it possible to get a short howto on this?

Update: I've put them in the correct directory, but apparently they are not compatible with Drupal 6.1

Update: I setup an Drupal 5.7 site and now I can activate the plugin but I cannot configure it as it is missing sql tables. I think this is the point where I need to run the qawebsite.install but I don't know from where to run it

If you inspect the install scripts you'll see that they will run only if you use PostgreSQL. So I switched to it, and the install scripts were processed, tables must have been created since it stopped complaining about it.
But I see a bug "Fatal error: Call to undefined function drupal_add_css() in " while trying to use the modules. Also I don't know how to actually administrate them...

So the question still stands: how are we supposed to use this code?!
