is installing moblin ontop of karmic possible?

Asked by blah

I'm using Karmic on a netbook (not Karmic Netbook Remix) and tried the moblin livecd a few times in beta and liked it.
Is it possible to install Moblin Remix ontop of a existing Karmic install? I'd like to keep the regular GNOME interface around and be able to switch between Gnome and Moblin.
I guess I could just add the PPA and see what happens, but I'd like to ask first if there is anything to watch out for when doing this. Are there known problems with installing it onto a existing Karmic install?
Since Moblin (at least the live cd) boots directly to the Moblin UI without prompting for a password, would it be possible to choose which session to start on the ubuntu login screen? I.e. "GNOME" or "Moblin"?

will this be solved? im having an intel GMA 500 card and by miracle i got it working (in kde even with a few effects, like the holy window mapping), so the whole live cd.usb is no option for me. will it be solved or is that not an option?

tnx!
