Waiting curiously for the Jaunty release of minibuntu :) .
actually we're facing some problems with the jaunty boot system, we're waiting for some support from canonical but no answer yet :-(

I was able to figure out the new casper boot process, created a live Server CD with 141MB
Base distro : Ubuntu Server 9.04
- KVM enabled.
- OpenSSH enabled.
- Kernel : Linux vxnode 2.6.28-11-server #42-Ubuntu SMP Fri Apr 17 02:48:10 UTC 2009 i686 GNU/Linux
Able to boot the server under 128M RAM.
Top - 17:56:54 up 6 min, 2 users, load average: 0.00, 0.10, 0.07
Tasks: 53 total, 1 running, 52 sleeping, 0 stopped, 0 zombie
Cpu(s): 0.0%us, 0.0%sy, 0.0%ni,100.0%id, 0.0%wa, 0.0%hi, 0.0%si, 0.0%st
Mem: 121332k total, 116612k used, 4720k free, 16396k buffers
Swap: 30332k total, 0k used, 30332k free, 82884k cached
I am not sure what build process your following or error your getting. Might help you if you can share that info.
i'm creating the squashfs with the livecd-rootfs packages, then replace the squashfs in the official ubuntu desktop cd with my new one, this worked perfectly from dapper to intrepid, not with jaunty :-\
when booting the system freeze during "detecting network interfaces"...

Hi !
I'm very interested in your Jaunty version and it's a good idea to do a remix like that.
Futhermore, I don't have enough time to help or to create an ubuntu remix, that's why I use yours.
So, have you finish with the Jaunty version ? When do you think we can get it ?
Thanks !
not yet, we can't get it to work and we had no support from canonical yet :(
karmic mini is out
Can you help with this problem?
Provide an answer of your own, or ask Rory Holland for more information if necessary.
