Is there active development here

Hello everybody,

It seems here that the project is no longer being developed. Are there still people who want to continue this project? I'm asking because I've now had someone who would also like to work on the translation into German, but this doesn't seem to make much sense at the moment if there is no manual for a current version of Ubuntu.

Or is there a follow-up project here where a manual is being worked on?
