Translate " \chapter{ch:string-in-english}" parts?

There is a lot of "See \chapter{ch:string-in-english} for more info". Has to be translated the "string-in-english" part?

It should be \chaplink, not \chapter. But the "ch:string-in-english" should *not* be translated.
