I have a computer whith Windows 98 . i want to change to Ubuntu .
AMD Duron ( Tm ) Processor , MMX , 3DNow
128MB RAM
SPU SPEED - 800 MHZ
HD - 80 GB
Which type of Ubuntu i need ? O which another Linux ?

I think that Xubuntu would be the right solution

I remember i had the same config as yours (with less CPU speed) and was running Xubuntu 7.10 Gutsy Gibbon
It worked Like a charm.
