notification, calendar & Navigation Bar content empty

This bug appears once a few days, the notification bar, the calendar becomes blank and the text in the navigation bar disappears. I suspect it has something to do with notifications, when I turn off notifications the bug doesn't appear anymore。

ubuntu version:
20.04.1-Ubuntu SMP Mon Apr 12 21:46:35 UTC 2021 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux
gnome version: 3.36.8
