Howto rebuild planet page to remove Inappropriate entry that was removed from a feed

An inappropriate entry has enter the planet from a user feed. The user removed the entry and it disappear from his RSS feed. However, the entry still appear in UDPlanet. Because of the cache, I guess. How can I clear the cache and rebuild the fresh planet from current feeds.

Go to /admin/settings/udplanet. Then under Safety Settings, uncheck the box and save configuration.
Go to /admin/settings/performance and clear all caches.
Go to /admin/content/aggregator. Next to the users feed. First click 'remove items' then click 'update items'.
This will purge all entries from that user and then pull them down again.
