after download what do I do

I did the desktop CD down load

I accidently clicked the X icon on the ubuntu down load screen and did not get the instructions for what to do after I successfully down loaded the CD

any way I can get to those instructions

If you downloaded a file with "ISO" extension, you must burn it to a CD which you can then use as a boot and install CD. Place the new CD in a cd reader and restart the computer. most likely Linux will boot and ask you what to do, your choice , run it for awhile from cd or install.
