2 ubuntu OS installations in GRUB?

Asked by Shadow

Installed Ubuntu on hd0,0 and I noticed that this is what is showing up in GRUB? Is this because of a previous installation that wasn't removed completely with a HDD format. I thought I used a low level format from Western Digital. How would I fix this issue? Are there two file Ubuntu file systems on my HDD?
