Have we seen any progress on this issue? I ran the original search term again, despite the removal of the orginal offending account, there is still (malicious) spam on the top results.
Robots.txt is unlikely to solve this issue, perhaps future page locations but not current ones - I refer to http://clsc.net/research/google-302-page-hijack.htm again.
