I have hp zbook power 15.6 G10 Mobile workstation pc , for installing Ubuntu ; via usb booting is the best way? Please suggest ?

Thanks Joe, On internet ; it's mentioned that some HP versions come pre-installed with Ubuntu Image. I see only Windows in my Zbook G10 version. For Ubuntu Installation, what is the optimized way here ?
