Feedback on the Dell Inspiron 5590 (201906-27087)

I have a problem with the Ubuntu system on my Dell 5590 laptop. I get stuck in a black screen when I restart the system.

When I want to turn off the system, I use the power button because it is not possible to turn it off or restart it from the options in the system. The problem has been with me for 4-5 days since I installed the Ubuntu system.

My Ubuntu system version is 22.04.4 LTS
