Feedback on the Dell Latitude 3410 (Core i5-10210U) (202001-27688)

I'm getting a boot issue every time in this laptop. Even i try to install the new OS every time & later after few days or months the Ubuntu OS don't boot. The boot stuck in while loading the Ubuntu logo.
I have try lots of thing or tutorial from google to fix the issue (EG: Splash issue, Grub install) but don't work for me.
I even not able to figure it out, what was the cause of it. Don't know where to check the logs.
Could anyone help me this out.
