Cannot install ubuntu on Lenovo ThinkPad P14s AMD

I just bought the P14s Gen 1 AMD and I am unable to install Ubuntu on it as there are no guides available. I found one - https://download.lenovo.com/pccbbs/mobiles_pdf/tp_p14s_intel_p15s_p15v_ubuntu_20.04_lts_installation_v1.0.pdf but it is for P14s (Intel) and it suggests to change the storage controller mode to AHCI. However, I am running BIOS version 1.32 where the "storage" option is not even displayed under config. Please help me to proceed with installation.
