Feedback on the HP Elitebook 840 G7 Notebook PC (202006-27960)

Dear All,
Im having HP g7 laptop with ubuntu 18.04 facing issue with internal mic is not working but when connected the headphone its working need to fix the solution for that

One more issue im not able see the batter icon in display i tried tweek installed also not visible need support to fix the issues
