Feedback on the Dell Inspiron 7591

Recently installed Ubuntu 20.04.1 LTS i can't change the brightness and it also doesn't recognize my laptop speakers and the overall experience it laggy. For the brightness I reinstalled the nvidia drivers but the problem still persisted.For the laptop speakers I reinstalled pulseaudio but the laptop still were still no recognised and it Dummy Output in the sound settings.
