Feedback on the Dell Latitude 5500

Dear Concern

This is Bilal from Pakistan

I have Dell Latitude 5500, and when I install ubuntu 20.04 on the laptop it boots one time normally but when I run apt-get update then apt-get upgrade after all new updates installed and turned my laptop off and turned on power on it got stuck on Black Dell Logo

What is the issue behind it I have tried all ways but no luck please help me
