Feedback on the Dell Inspiron 7567

My device came pre-installed ubuntu 16.04.
After i'll upgrade to 18.04. And my integrated camera doesn't work anymore. Also device is not certificated for 18.04 version of ubuntu.What is the reason for my problem?
