Well, your answer make sense. I'm surprised that, through VNC when I connected to tbe same server it works fine. That time GUI response is decent. Matrox G200 is installed on my r730 server, isn't enough for ubuntu desktop?
I also looked at https:/
Is it really supported or not?

Honestly, that is a bit surprising, but I don't know what your setup is when connected to the machine directly.
In any case, server certification does not include any GUI/GPU graphics testing because Ubuntu Server does not include a graphics stack by design, as servers are generally meant to be run headless. So we do not run, test or support a GUI desktop on servers, and that is not a part of Ubuntu Server Certification.
