Feedback on the Dell Latitude 7490

Dell Inc. Latitude 7490/0PP44F, BIOS 1.11.0 07/04/2019

Won't sleep if connected to power. Won't wake up if connected to power.
Sometimes not connecting usb devices through docking station, need to try several times until all devices connected to thunderbolt docking start to working properly.

Sent also to Dell support:
System won't suspend, got black screen but power led is still ON,when system working on battery I can suspend and woke up PC but not when PC is connected to docking station or charger.Technician replaced motherboard and ssddisk,I switched docking station from TB16 to WD19.New docking works more stable, not drop USB connected devices.Sometimes when I got my PC to sleep (when unpluged from power) and try to wake it up, seams like display is up but not disk,and can't login until power it off and on.
