Feedback on the Dell EMC PowerEdge T440

I want to know its compatible wifi adapter device available in IT equipment market in Pakistan.
Also please let me know how can I show network icon on top right corner to add new networks.
As it only showing administrator and one ethernet. While ethernet appears only when we connect a
specific DSL wire and connected which is slow due to many other PC users. Otherwise it also disappears.
Ethernet option does not appear for other wired networks when wire is plugged into the ports.
