Feedback on the Dell Precision 5530

Hello, I'm having a tough time installing Ubuntu 18.04 on a Dell Precision 5530 via ISO image on a USB drive. Is there a recommended BIOS / UEFI settings that I should use?

The characteristics of the issue is that during the title screen the process locks and does not finish.
