Feedback on the Lenovo ThinkPad T580 - Tachi2-T

I need oem certified iso for Thinkpad t580. I didn't know the difference between normal and oem iso and installed Ubuntu 18.04. There are a lot of issues with it. How do I download OEM 16.04 iso with 4.13.0-1022-oem kernel

Hi,
please give the latest Ubuntu a try, 18.04.3 LTS or 19.04
if anything is not working, please open a bug with "ubuntu-bug linux"
