randomly going to sleep dell inspiron 15 3567 pre installed ubuntu 16.04 lts

I am using dell inspiron 15 3567 model with ubuntu 16.04 lts pre installed in it. While login and after login laptop is going in sleep mode randomly. and also its showing radeon vce init -22 error while booting

This issue was resolved by upgrading to 18.04 and tweaking gnome
