Hardware Certification Policy
Hi, I would like to know, how it works the certification policy about the processor.
You have 2 systems HP EliteDesk 705 G4 tested and certified with Ubuntu 18.04 LTS 64-bit HP EliteDesk 705 DM and HP EliteDesk 705 G4 SFF.
HP EliteDesk 705 G4 DM was tested and certified with a AMD Ryzen 5 PRO 2400G with Radeon Vega Graphics.
Is this certification valid for the same PC, but configurated with a AMD Ryzen 3 PRO 2200G with Radeon Vega Graphics?
HP EliteDesk 705 G4 SFF is tested and certified with a AMD Ryzen 5 PRO 2400G with Radeon Vega Graphics too
In this case, my question is: If this certification is valid for the same PC, but configurated with a AMD Ryzen 3 PRO 2200G with Radeon Vega Graphics or with AMD 700G with Radeon Vega Graphics?
Regards!
Gustavo

I have a mistake, the last the processor mentioned by me, must be AMD Ryzen 7 Pro 2700, and not AMD 700G with Radeon Vega Graphics.

Hello,
the certificate only valid with a system that have the hardware listed on the certification page.
And most importantly with a pre-installed version of Ubuntu if certified with it.
But please feel free to give the latest stock Ubuntu a try (you can test it with a Live USB), and report back any issue that you have encountered.
Thanks.
Can you help with this problem?
