Feedback on the Dell Inspiron 5579 - Starlord KBL-R

Hello. My boot is slow..

ubuntu 18.04
Terminal:: systemd-analyze time shows that firmware load time is 8 seconds, loader 2 seconds, kernel 2.5 seconds, userspace 1.5 seconds

on ubuntu 16.04 my system starts in about 3-4 seconds (maximum) only tap on power button and the system was on login screen..

What can I do? I was googling but nothing found that works for me..

I have dell inspiron 5579 i7-8th and 16gb RAM..

bios version: 1.10.0

please help..
