Feedback on the Dell OptiPlex 7050 - Sailfish

I have AMD Radeon r7-450 4GB graphics installed in Dell Optiplex 7050T. I have installed Ubuntu 18.04 LTS but the system does not show the Graphics Card in system settings. I do not know whether the OS detected the Card or there are any other issues. I have not found any driver of this OS too. Any help?
