As I need to deploy machine learning using this series, I need to make sure I had good support especially best GPU driver support in term of performance, stability and power consumption/heat generating. My environment will be Ubuntu 16.04 LTS with GPU NVIDIA TESLA V100. During my explore, DELL did not provide any supported only canonical provide own support for this series. I just want to make sure I choose the right distribution before start deploy with Ubuntu.

As the certification for the PowerEdge C6340 indicates:

"This system may come with one or more GPU Coprocessors. These are specialized processing units that require software that has been modified to take advantage of their features. These GPU Coprocessors are not tested as part of Ubuntu Certification and are not considered Ubuntu Certified Hardware."

The C6340 itself should work fine with Ubuntu Server, however, there is no guarantee that a GPU co-processor will function as expected.

Should you run into trouble, however, the FAQ I have attached provides info on where to get technical support, both for free from the Ubuntu community and for a fee from Canonical.
FAQ #1945: “Where can I get help or technical support?”.

Can you help with this problem?
