Feedback on the Dell Latitude 3470 - Loveland 14 SKL

Hi There,

There are few things which I'd like to ask, i.e.:
- Whenever I close the lid of my laptop, it just go in a "non"-suspend mode and the battery drains out (as expected in this case) if not connected to the adapter. Please let me know what can I do to fix this issue.
- Sometimes my screen just starts flashing (flashes like 5-6 times). I guess there is some hardware issue in the laptop but just need to make sure it is not a software bug (Can't find any solid reason for this issue).
- On bootup, a dialog box pops up saying "Some Error Occurred" and asks me to report this issue. Please help me get over with these as well.
