Not able to install Ubuntu 16.04 OS on ThinkSystem SR650 , OS is not detecting HDD or RAID controller

The OS what we are trying is ubuntu 16.04.3 , its not detecting the HDD during installation. Manually we have mega raid-sas from driver list , still we are facing this challenge , but we are able to install RHEL 7 X

Second, The following devices were tested by Lenovo and shown to work with Ubuntu 16.04.3. Note, all server installations for certification are performed using MAAS to deploy the server, we do NOT do ISO installations as part of certification any longer.

RAID Card:
LSI Logic / Symbios Logic MegaRAID SAS-3 3108 [Invader] MegaRAID SAS 9361-8i

The LUN appears as:
AVAGO MR9361-8i
